I purchased my first watch (IW3777-06)on December 10th. I absolutely love the feel and the look of the watch. My problem is that the chronograph is resetting to the 1 second position rather than the zero. I had used the chronograph 3-5 times before I noticed the issue. Any ideas?
I really do not want to send the watch off since I waited 6 weeks for the watch to come in.
Firstly - congratulations on an absolutely gorgeous watch! Although you don't want to send it off, that is the only way you will be able to have your "Petite Prince" adjusted and still maintain your warranty. You will be without your new watch for a while, likely another 6 weeks depending on where you live, but it is better to take it back to your dealer and have them send it in to have the work done by an authorized IWC repair center while the watch is still under warranty.
