Dear Friends,
I start to get more and more fond of this watch. Until now I have only seen official material.
My question does anyone already own this nice watch or have some nice wrist and other, non official shots of it?
By the way I was 20 when the film Top Gun came out and I still like it. Most people I know don't ... what do you think?

I'm a huge fan of the watch and the movie... I say go for it!
Wonderful watch! I had it on my wrist for a few moments and was really impressed. It was much heavier and robust than what I was expecting - in a good way (I didn't find it too heavy). Looks really relaxed and casual IMO.
If it wasn't a little bit too big for me, I would have bought it.

Thank you for your comments. So we are at 3 who like the Miramar.
It's astonishing that even here in the IWC forum this watch meets so little acceptance. Maybe that is the reason why I have not yet seen one in nature or even a wrist shot. An advantage of this is that it will remain a rare watch not seen on many wrists.
I will try to get one on my wrist in two weeks in Zürich and decide than spontanously.

Hi Robert, I agree with most of the people you know, Top Gun is a silly movie. As to the Chronograph Top Gun Miramar, IWC almost got it right.

To bad they did not have an IWC watch to refer to...
