Collectors meeting 2025 in Schaffhausen

I really looking forward to see you all tomorrow morning.

The Meeting startet with the welcome Dinner on Wednesday evening at a beautiful restaurant just next to the rhine falls:

Thursday started with a tour through the Manufakturzentrum. Although for many not  the first time, it’s never the less always interesting and you always learn something new. The guides did a great job! And it’s always amazing to see how engaged and passionate the employees are, when explaining about their jobs.

Afer lunch, at the museum and headquarters in the heart of Schaffhausen, we had a presentation about the „Mark 11“ by the specialist himself, Forum member Thomas König. This was followed by some exclusive information by IWC about ongoing projects.

After that, we learned about Vine making at a vineyard. Around Schaffhausen is the largest vineyard area in the German speaking part of Switzerland! Of course, we didn’t miss tasting the precious products!

Dinner followed at a beautiful restaurant in the middle of the vineyards!

On the closing day (Friday), we followed the path of William Tell by shooting the crossbow! Everybody had great fun!

Before closing the meeting, we enjoyed one more delicious meal in great company!

The Schaffhausen Collectors Meeting 2025 was really amazing! Thanks a lot to IWC and Tonny for organizing this wonderful memories for us!

And thanks to IWC for having us and taking the time and effort! Besides the official program points, people from the IWC Management also joined us during all our meals, so that we could have great and interesting conversations about watches and other things.

Weather wise it was very hot (around 35 degrees Celsius) and sunny in Schaffhausen. But by the minute, the meeting ended, the sky started to cry and it rained. But only for a short time!

What a fun-tastic meeting that was! Old friends, new people, great talk, wonderful food and a lot of very kind and entusiastic people inside and outside of IWC! It's an amazing experience as well for people like me who attended a lot of meetings in the past. Every time is unique and special! Thanks to the great people.
