Good day all, I've recently acquired the AT Cousteau and I couldn't be happier. It's my first AT and I think it's a good one to start with. An exceptionally good looking watch with a great colour combi. Doubt it'll be able to overtake my 5002 and I'm sure many out there will share my sentiments. (:

Anyone have any suggestions on a watch to complement the collection? I'm considering either a Portuguese (Yacht Club or 7 day) or a WWW (granted this may not be as readily available). I definitely do not know all the IWC watches available out there so I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks!

P.S. hope no one minds the Tag or Breitling. They're sentimental. (:

Congratulations, that's a lovely Cousteau you have there. Enjoy and wear it in good health.

As for your question for another watch: I think a Portuguese would be nice, since you already have a few pilot's watches.

    Kind regards,

    Nice collection.
One thing to think about is the new Portofino watches- dressy, classy, and very IWC.
Keep us posted on what you decide to add to your collection.

Very nice. I do like that Cousteau Aquatimer Chrono. I agree with Nelson. A Portofino, a Portuguese... a few of each? The dilemma is most of the fun.

Portuguese is good. It seems you need a dressy watch in your collection. You can't go wrong with either 7days or Yacht Club.

Just want to share my experience, I owned a blue hands 5001 in SS. I had a chance to try a 5001 in rose gold in IWC HK Boutique. I was wearing shirt and suit on that day. I put it on and I did not want to take it off my wrist. Simply stunning.

I have never thought about gold watch before. But, rose gold is different.

    Thanks everyone!

I've certainly had a look at rose gold and I must say that the Portuguese Yacht Club in rose gold is quite a looker. It's intensity is simply beautiful. But as mentioned, with the new Portofinos in the mix, it may take some time to come to a decision.

If only we didn't have to choose...

    Jeremy,
Very nice collection, i agree with others you could look for a dress watch like the new Portofino to round out your choices.
Enjoy you new watch and wear it in good health.

    Kevin
