    Hi all,

On a number of occasions the crown on my BP PC Rodeo Edition becomes unscrewed
on its own. The first time this happened I thought maybe I didn't screw it
back properlly after winding it but it has now happened a few times on its
own. The last time I needed to use the crown was 3 days ago and I generally
check it a few times a day to make sure it's fully screwed in (a result of
being paranoid of it coming unscrewed on its own as has happened in the past).
By this morning the crown was fully screwed in and a few hours later it had
come loose (I haven't done anything vigorous today - literally wore the watch
    from home to office.)

Has anyone else faced a similar experience?

This watch has also had a problem with it not automatically winding while I'm
wearing it so maybe those two issues may be linked?

Took it in for service and the reply came back that it's working as per IWC
    specs.

If you have properly seated the crown my pushing it carefully toward the case
while rotating it anti-clockwise, it should not come unscrewed. As you push
and rotate the crown anti-clockwise you should hear or feel a clck indicating
the crown is engaged and can then be screwed back in my turning the crown
clockwise, It seems you understand the process, but it is not working.
Sometimes this can happen, if the stem needs repair. Return it to your AD or
Boutique for an evaluation. If there is an watchmaker in your Boutique they
    can evaluation on the spot.

Thanks Bill. Will monitor it over the next couple of weeks for this issue and
the automatic winding one. Will likely need to send it back to the boutique
    again for an evaluation.
