Customer Service - or lack thereof???

Three times over the last 4 months I have attempted to order a IWC catalog through the special section on this web site - but to no avail. I have also written directly to the Managing Director in Switzerland but again, no response nor a catalog.
I did purchase a new 371401 from my local AD in Orlando FL two months ago but he also did not have a catalog and told me that he also has been unable to obtain one - which is very strange by itself.

Am I the only one? I feel like nobody at IWC is listening. Any advice?

I am sorry to hear but...

first of all a warm welcome to the Forum.

Your AD may have run out of catalogues and writting the Managing Director in Switzerland could not prove to be of a great help either for a number of reasons, but I think you are on the right way now. The IWC Collectors Forum is the definitive way to learn and find about IWC, I believe the catalogue 2010-2011 will be available very shortly in the USA (as it already is in Europe).
So just a little more patience and my compliments on your new watch too.

They are heavy items. They'll take time to be distributed around the world.

I can assure you that the catalogs for 2010/11 are just beginning to arrive in stores and your AD in Orlando, FL should have some in the next 2 to 3 weeks. I will make sure that he has one waiting for you.
