This is a limited edition of 50, each individually numbered (NOT "one out of fifty" on each piece). They will be exclusive to the Beverly Hills boutique. An image was shown here previously, but I hope to have an actual photo soon.

My advice: get in line now. Otherwise unauthorized dealers may try to anonymously obtain several, wait until the edition is sold, and sell them for close to double. I've seen this happen several times before.

    A very cool watch IMO.

Thank you Michael interesting watch and I believe I know a couple of collectors who ll most definitely get one.
Please keep us informed for the upcoming novelties too.
I bet Schaffhausen will look very beautiful and snowy right now, pictures are highly expected.

Looking at the big picture presented by the Beverly Hills boutique, the same colour blue is used everywhere on this watch. So, either every blue part has lume, making it a not too pretty busy night light, or there is no lume at all, not even on the hands. I bet on the latter, making this a truly stealth watch.

    Kind regards,
    Paul

Alan -if you might be interested, perhaps you can call the boutique to ask. I would call but I'm out of town as you may know.

That is exactly what I am afraid of.. If.I call the Boutique I will probably end up with another blue watch. LOL

Don't quote me, but I have heard (and read) that the blue hands, numbers and indices are, in fact, painted with blue lume. If this is true, the watch should make one hell of a Christmas decoration on the wrist...:-) But a beautiful watch anyway you look at it.

Alan,if I had a crystal ball, and it could speak....it would say " I see Alan calling them today, reserving the watch, then flying in on Monday to pick it up and telling the loved ones, he is having one heck of a Blue Monday !!!

Why else are you asking about the lume Sir - you know you want it. We know you want it!

Michael, your advise is spot on. That watch, will be very much in demand and the prices will rocket.

Sadly, the BP is simply just to large a watch for me - otherwise, I would well heed your advice, and get in line.

    Best regards
    Mark

I did call the Boutique, but only as a public service. LOL
The person I spoke with claims that the watch has a blue lume, but of course no one there has seen one yet. So it is hard to get a real sense of just how much.

I know another source to get info....

It appears that the watch definitely has a blue lume although I am still waiting for confirmation as to how much.

Another thing.... the limited edition is supposedly restricted to 50 pieces but that is 50 pieces per boutique, either Las Vegas or Beverly Hills. Therefore, you could find someone with the same number on the side (say, 32 of 50) but with a different boutique's name on the back.

So there will be 100 of these floating around.

One last update. A good source has advised me that there is lume on the hands and on the 4 hour markings of 12, 3, 6 and 9 o clock. So it basically is a 5004 with blue replacing the normal white.
    Still cogitating..............

Mark, you probably have a faulty crystal ball since I am not flying in....

So much for Crystal balls! What is the world coming too, if we cannot rely on these things. Thank goodness Alan, that some things in life (like yourself) - are consistent and reliable :~)

Anyone else out there got one of these on order?

    Best regards

All I said was that your crystal ball was faulty with respect to my flying out to LA. It was otherwise very accurate.
