There is no way to view the picture on your computer, Dale.
You have to upload the picture and then post the link in the image URL below your message text.

you did something wrong as the http should have only two forward slashes instead of three. Perhaps you are missing the URL to the website between the send / and the third /

The photo needs to be uploaded>

to a photo sharing site such as Photobucket.com.
The link to your photo starts with \users which suggests it is on your PC or a shared network drive.
Keep trying-we'd all love to see the picture!
