Hi, I got a portofino 8 days that has a small blemish on the dial, the watch is in good condition otherwise. Is it possible to replace the dial without having to have it fully serviced?

To replace a dial it's not mandatory to do a full service. When you bring it to IWC they often recommend a full service. Very often the hands are replaced too together with the dial. But you can ask to have your watch inspected and a cost forecast prior to have it done.
