Hi, I got a portofino 8 days that has a small blemish on the dial, the watch is in good condition otherwise. Is it possible to replace the dial without having to have it fully serviced?
Do you need full service to replace a dial?

MasterTo replace a dial it's not mandatory to do a full service. When you bring it to IWC they often recommend a full service. Very often the hands are replaced too together with the dial. But you can ask to have your watch inspected and a cost forecast prior to have it done.
