Hello folks
I need some help please on how to remove the "spring" bars for an Easx change fit watch - my Aquatimer IW3290-05.
I've say "spring" as they don't appear to have a spring mechanism, but I can't see a way of disengaging them from the lugs.
I've tried to find the answer on-line through Google search and YouTube. There a suggestion that these use some kind of internal thread but not detail on how you actually engage this
The strap options offered by IWC are limited to a black rubber (which I have) or a blue rubber.
I'd like therefore to use some good quality aftermarket straps but without knowing how to remove the bars I'm rather stuck!
Once removed, I think I'll replace with an actual spring bar that is Easx Change compatible and the right diameter.
Is my only option to go into an IWC boutique and ask them to remove the bars?
