Erwin posted recently the above image of new Aquatimer that he obtained in Hong Kong. It's a limited production model, ref. IW356807, and should arrive as a "boutique only launch" model in the U.S. in July.

Because quanitites in the U.S. will be very limited, it's likely none will be available from other authorized dealers in the U.S.. I don't have worldwide distribution information, but I suspect the same may apply elsewhere in the world.

If you're interested --get in line!

    Regards,
    Michael
P.S. I haven't yet mentioned the special boutqiue Big Pilot models --more in a few days.

    Very refreshing look indeed!

I wonder if there will be more delivered to the Netherlands because of the colors :-)

    Kind regards,

    Clemens

As seen at SIHH 2010 and comparison to WD AT 2000

I think both are great additions to the AT line, but I have an affinity for the one currently on my wrist.

If I were from the Netherlands, maybe I would be trading mine in for the new version.

    About (un)limited editions

I think it to be quite OK to make limited editions of watches. Obviously the manufacturer gains some advantage here, or he wouldn't do it. For the customer there are possibilities to buy something special, the last few years see special editions that sometimes look better than the regular ones, at least to some of the customers. Then it also becomes kind of a sport to get one if you feel like it. I did it once, was successful, that felt great. About the number of the limit, I must say I do not care at all. What counts is the one watch on your wrist, that must be as beautiful as you can get. My most special watch is not limited, but very limited: maybe nice but not important.

    Kind regards,
Paul, wearing that special unlimited watch, my rose gold VC Portuguese

If it aint Dutch it aint Much......

So think many of my fellow countrymen here in the low lands - So yes, wearing one of these here in The Netherlands can definitely only go down well.

But I guess MF will confirm my suspicion - this watch will be a sell out in the USA, and only many years from now will they then slowly begin to show up on collectors wrists here in The Netherlands.
