Just out of curiosity, can fake watches be serviced at Schaffhausen?
My friend got an iwc from his uncle, but the watch was not functioning
properly.
So he went to authorized retailer to get it fixed and successfully registered
for repair service.
But he was unsure why his uncle would give away such an expensive watch for
free if it is a genuine one.
So he asked me if fake watches can be serviced even if it's a fake watch.
But in my opinion, I think it is a genuine watch considering the authorized
retailer accepted his watch.
What do you guys think?
