I believe it is an IWC movement.
Juweler Felsin used a lot of IWC watches to put a dial in with his name on.
In what year it was made this movement? The fact that I have not found much information about it makes me wonder how many movements of this kind have been made and what connection he had Felsing with IWC ?
Case serial number 41 185.

It's an IWC Elgin I caliber 32. In general Felsing ones are relatively late in cal. 32 production and probably is around 1886. dateyouriwc (you can google that) should give you the exact date. Felsing was an important dealer.
