    Hi all,

after much searching, finally got the chance to purchase the Pilot's
Chronograph 150 Years Edition. Fantastic watch, the lacquered dial is a beauty
and the legibility is really good.

One small damper on my excitement: this is my 1st Pilot's Chronograph and I
noticed something strange on the Chronograph minute recorder hand. It is
aligned perfectly to the minute markers at 0-6 minutes, then becomes
misaligned from 7-24 minutes (the hand consistently lands on the left of the
markers). From 25min onwards it lands nicely on the markers. See photo below.

So the minute hand is aligned only about 10 out of the 30minutes on the
Chronograph minute recorder. I've managed to repeat this behaviour so it is
happening consistently. As you can imagine i am slightly disappointed :( the
hand is perfectly centred when I reset the Chronograph. Could it be due to a
misaligned dial or the dial printing is out of position? Is this something
    easily resolved at servicing?

Curiously enough, I've seen a couple of Pilot's Chronograph pictures online
and on Instagram that shows the same issue. Is this something to be expected
    for 7750 based movements?

And lastly, I noticed a scratch on the inside of the lug. Must have happened
at the factory when the strap was being installed. Luckily I don't see it when
wearing the watch and new scratches will happen when I swap the strap out.
Nevertheless it is disappointing as it is a brand new watch from an IWC
    boutique.

Apologies for the negative post, I was so excited to get this watch and
unfortunately the experience has been marred by these 2 observations. It is
still a great watch and I will continue to enjoy using it.

In any case I hope some of you who own the Pilot's chrono can comment and
advise on the minute hand issue I am seeing?

    Thanks!

Strange enough, the stock photos from IWC also shows the Chronograph minute
recorder hand being out of alignment?

I was wearing mine today. Tested the chrono, for the first few minutes it is
very slightly off but after sometime mins, it was spot on.

Not sure but it may be because when I started it was actually low on power
reserve (I picked it up and after few minutes started the chrono) but then I
was walking and may have charged the power reserve a bit and got it spot on.
    Just guessing here.

but in any case, love the watch.
