Hi, welcome and congratulations!
The jubilee collection is really a great opportunity to buy an IWC. And I
think, that the watches with white dial and blue hands are the winners!
I also own such a Portofino, but the 8 days Handwound with Moonphase.

Hi Philipp,
Thanks for the welcome words. Very nice Portofino !
I will post a picture when I receive the watch.

I just received my Portugieser 150 Year Chronograph with white dial and blue
hands. It is a beatuy. Wear you Portofino in good health, when it arrives.
Love the Portugieser !
Congratulations!!! The Jubilee collection is just gorgeous. That enamelled
dial if you haven't seen it is absolutely amazing. Pics just don't do it
justice.
Buenas tardes
aqui en Mexico, buenas noches para ustedes y feliz 2019 a todos.
Acaban de incluirme en el foro y quiero pedir de favor los comentarios sobre
este IWC bolsillo que parece ser un calibre 65. Sera original el reloj ?
Hello and welcome to the forum. The watch does indeed appear to be original, a
very nice Cal. 65. If you can get the movement and case serial numbers (hard
to tell from these photos) you can use the "Date Your IWC" applet to find out
a little more on production dates.
Muchas gracias por responder, le comento : la maquina tiene el sello de la
marca y por abajo del volante tiene el numero 800000
Atentos saludos. Feliz año. Ex
Hello & and a warm welcome! Great chouce from the 150th Collection, can't wait
to see the photos!
Thanks !
What do you guys (and girls) think of Swiss Kubik watch winders ?
Soon I will share other images and share them. attentive greetings
Amazing choice congratulations!
The Portofino is classic and classy! Once you start you won't stop! One IWC is
never enough! Wear it in good health!
Felicidades por la adquisicion, es una marca unica en la relojeria y su modelo
esta increible.
Enhorabuena. Sa
Hello Mattheus,
I had several Swiss Kubik watch winders. They are versatile but also quite
expensive.
In the end I sold all watch winders, because - to my opinion - they create
unnecessary wear to the mechanical watch when it is stored on the watch winder
for a longer time. To restart a mechanical watch is so easy - even for a
perpetual calendar - that I prefer to keep my mechanical watches "sleeping" in
the safe when I don't wear them.
To give you an example for the unnecessary wear: I got the info from the
seller of the watch winders that for a IWC caliber 5001 600 rotations per day
are necessary what is a total nonsense. With 600 rotations you will wind the
main spring from zero to max. To keep the tension on the mainspring stable 160
rotations per day are sufficient. So the rest of the 440 rotations per day is
wear....

Hello guys,
I'm afraid I have some very bad news. Yesterday my watch dealer sent me the
message that the Portofino Chrono 150 edition seems to be sold out...I
contacted IWC and it seems allmost all of the 150 Year collection range is
sold out. This puts me on this forum in a position of shame, since I was
proud to announce me future IWC-ownership... Damn !
It seems that IWC is going to refresh it's Portofino and Portugieser
collection this year ? I think I will wait...
Sorry,
Renaat Mattheus
Realistically there prolly will not be a portuguese refresh till at least
2020. This year is all about the Pilot watches.
Although some really cool pilot watches! I love the new spit fire and top gun
collections
Agreed! The Timezoner and UTC are my favorites of this years collection
