...and you cannot go to to London without going to New Bond Street to sample this beautiful timepiece.

It was such a quick visit but maybe next time I can send out a London GTG.

Warm welcome/professional service as well by the IWC rep - Alberto Girones. Prefer it to the Zurich Boutique.

    Regards,
    Jonathan

Nice pic's Jonathon. Funny. Of all the IWC boutiques etc I have visited, the Zurich boutique is the only one where I have encountered unfriendly staff. To be fair it was one guy/one visit. I guess it sticks out because every other visit everywhere has been exceptional.

Jonathan, sorry I missed you. Yes, next time you've got more time let's setup a GTG. London boutique staff are great and very accommodating.

    Best,
    Thang

Jonathan - glad you were able to visit the boutique. I find that BP special edition spellbinding.

Thang is s great host - next time, hopefully you guys can manage a GTG.

I also found the London boutique staff to be friendly, helpful and patient!

Interesting...that is my experience also, Jarrod.

Nice pics Jonathon. And oops, surprising comments about the Zurich Boutique confirmed by more than one forumer...

When it comes to good quality in services, it's always the person behind who counts.

    Cheers Chris

In my opinion the people at the new Zurich Boutique (open since Dec 15) are very nice. The boutique is small, but it's the friendliness that counts.

The friendliness definitely counts together with professionalism and knowledge, which I received in London.

I'll visit both Zurich Boutiques this month and will see if there's any difference. Maybe there will be as they have a new Boutique manager starting in February!

Still I'm really looking forward to trying on some watches, probably to early for the new Pilot range but some others have caught my eye.

    Jonathan
