Follow up to my 12-2016 post. "Rejected by Schaffhausen"

No progress was made with Schaffhausen. They said the case was in poor condition and one of the lugs appeared to have been soldered which I didn't notice when I got the watch. The bottom line is that they didn't want to touch the watch with a 10 foot pole dashing my hopes of possibly obtaining another dial from IWC (my current dial us a refinished one ) and a service from them
