Had a bit of an issue with my IW5101 lately. Adjusting the hour and minutes was difficult due to the tightness of the crown. I wouldn't dare to force it for fear of risking snapping of the stem. Everything else was working fine, but it needed to have a look at.
And just yesterday evening, I got a call from the boutique at Galleria (Abu Dhabi) to pick it up.
I was diligent in listing down all other smaller issues such as minor smear marks on the second hand and the slight misalignment of the hour hand (touches the hour index on the 58th minute), and even hairline scratches on the case from normal uses (this is my daily watch). I was just making a mental note on the items that are not normally covered by the warranty (it's less than 2 years) and to my surprise, I received a complete service... for free.
In other words, I just received a new watch!

Turnaround time was just about a month! I am impressed!
Kudos to the IWC/Richemont team!
