GST Perpetual Calendar Passion

I recently received as a gift the GST Perpetual Calendar Titanium. I am fascinated by it... it is a dream come true because I've always wanted an IWC. I'm 33 years old, an architect, I love design and complex machines, I'm intrigued by the mystery of time and space. This watch represents all this things for me.

Dear IWC Forum,
Could you give me more feedback on this watch, on the production line and why it no longer exists, what does it mean to own a GST and is it a collectors watch already? I find it unique in its design, complication.

The GST Perpetual is a lovely watch, I know several forum members who have one and I have seen several versions in real life.

Indeed Hector - what a magnificent watch to own as a "first" IWC ! Collectors piece (with GST standing for Gold, Stainless and Titanium - the top point of a collection? to have the same watch in all 3 cases!).

I have the same watch and it is a joy to wear this one. The combination of the PPC module in a titanium case makes this watch quite unique and I really love the yellow accents. Wear it in good health!

GST Perpetual Calendar Passion

Thanks for the GST answer! The GST is like an amazing Hybrid, feels like a sportscar (a porsche) merged with a vintage sailboat! I think my next IWC would be the new Yacht Club Portuguese! I love sailing and the Portuguese is a reference although it does not has a regatta countdown timer... maybe someday!
