I dont what happend and I'm now wondering how this can happen ,but the year
display shows now 2119.
The clock was running all the time ( 2002- until today) and I guess the jump
from 2019 to 2119 happens in the last month.
Did anybody got an idea what happend or has seen the same issue.

Hello Franka - has your watch been serviced since 2002? If not, it could be
that lubrications have dried and things are starting to stick. A complete
service will have it taken apart, cleaned and rebuilt like new.

Yes, the watch wasr send for a complete service to IWC Munichin 05/2012 .And
you are right, came back like new,but i had send it a second time to IWC in
2013, for a small warranty issue.
in general your comment is right : lubrications have dried and things are
starting to stick,but in this case the year display was jumping in the middel
of the year,that means that something was working, not sticking and moved the
calender by 100 years.
