    So
I resently got a moving box from my mother that i new nothing about, it was
some leftovers from my father who passed away almost 19years ago.

I went thrue the box and came across a watch.

iv googled around and i cant say i fond anyhting of real use, some posts says
its a rare dial with the odd nrs and its from the late 1940s but i went to a
jewler and he says its from the late 60s. i havent been able to open it,
thinking about going to a watchmaker for that, but i would like to get an
estemated value, due to its very well kept condition. thanks.

    Hello Deaves,

Your watch with centre scond is a cal. 89 from 1961.

Cal. 89 was produced about 250.000 times and is one of the vintage icons from
    IWC.

The famous Mk 11 has the same calibre but your watch is less sought after by
collectors ( one of too many).

    Estimated value : 1000 euro.

    Regards,

    Adrian (alwaysiwc).
