I have recently acquired my 2nd IWC, a big pilot racing works. Sadly i have dropped it on a hard surface and have damaged the crystal along with the case.
I did not even want to look at it and took it back to dealer to be sent to iwc for service. I am guessing this will take weeks.
how much do you think i'm looking at here roughly for a new titanium case ?

I fully reccomend to go to an IWC BTQ near by. You can find them on stores.iwc.com.

I have already sent the watch in for service. IWC website calculates standard service charges only.
cristal /case replacement costs are not available. This will take weeks maybe even months. In the meantime i wanted to ask forum members to get a rough idea on what to expect.

I have the same watch.
If the case cannot be refinished, then the only re-usable parts will be the strap and the movement.
I hope this is not the case, but if it is, the repair cost could be a large number with four figures.

Sadly mine was not insured. Only wore it a couple of times before it fell. I am willing to pay for a new case if i receive a number between 2 - 3k for it in addition to maybe 1.5k for crystal & service but it is difficult to find information online. I was told by IWC boutique a middle case for a mark xx should cost around 2k euro for reference. I am waiting for a cost estimate, hopefully i get it soon.
