HELP - Changing my IW510106 portofino dial color from blue to gray (?)

Hello All, 

I want to make a color change to my portofino blue dial to the gray look of the IW510115, I notice also that the date color would need to be changed. 

Is this a service IWC offers like other watch brands do?
