Can anyone help me identify this?
The clock has the serial number 1391300 on the backcase. Steelcase with diameter 33-34mm.
The clock has been repaired, fixed and overhauled at IWC in Switzerland and is in a very good condition. IWC leatherstrap. Can anyone also estimate the approximately value of this? Thank you in advance.
Given the size, my guess it is a Ref 805.

Very nice condition. Unfortunately, given their rather small size these pieces are not highly sought after by Collectors.
Of course,this today is right size for a ladies watch and will suit that purpose perfectly.
