Hello, my name is Victor and i am new to this forum.
I am a watch collector from Brazil and bought my first vintage IWC last week.

I have tried to discover more information about the piece i have bought, but
couldn“t find much about this specific one.
Here are some specs about the piece, along with some pictures :

    -Case width : 35mm
-Case material : 19k(800) solid gold
    -Lug width : 18mm
    -Movement : Caliber 83
-Serial number on the movement : 1012224

Would any of you have more information about this piece or any production
    list?

Thank you very much and hope to learn a lot about IWC on this
    forum!

That is indeed a beautiful Cal 83 and according to the DATE YOUR IWC Applet,
    your watch dates to 1939.

if there is no reference number stamped inside the case back, I cannot tell
    you more.

It was not common during this time to mark the reference and these watches are
simply referred to as Cal 83.
