    Hi everyone,

I stumbled upon this at an AD in my area and was pretty intrigued by it.

For some time I have been searching for a vintage quartz. I originally wanted to get me an Oysterquartz but then this out of nowhere popped up.

The dealer states it's a reference 3070, but I have not been able to find this particular model anywhere online. It is without box/papers, so my main concern is:

    1) Is it actually genuine? I have searched for hours online and have not been able to find any pictures of similar models.
    2) Which model is this exactly?
    3) Rare/limited?

Hopefully some of you vintage-geeks can help me out before I get this!

    Cheers

So, thanks to the gregsteer.net website (thank you for keeping these vintage catalogues online - I see you here in the forum, so thanks again) I was able to identify this model. It is not a reference 3070 as the dealer said, it is actually a 3078 found in the 1979 catalogue.

Not the first time this dealer has messed up their descriptions... Anyways, a couple of days and headaches later, I finally know what I'm dealing with.
