    Hi all, I am
keen to find out if this watch is real. I tried to check the reference of the
watch and case, they seemed to be inline with the year and era design but I
might be wrong. Having said that, I was a little worried that the dial rough
surface seems abnormal. Hope I can get some advice here.

    watch reference : 1784148

    case reference : 1802058

Thanks so much everyone for your sharing

Very nice vintage IWC. It's a Ref 374, as stamped on the inside of the
caseback, from the late 1960s. The movement is a cal 89. The dial appears
    original,

Very nice example - if mine i would send it to those Wizzards of Schaffhausen
    for a full SPA treatement.

The DateYourIWC lists the watch as :

The movement is a calibre 89, dating from the year 1965.
The case was most probably produced around 1966 and delivered up to 1968.

    Thanks Mark
for your sharing. I will consider the spa! Meanwhile, any idea if the crown is
original? As I didn't not see the fish sign? Or is this the right crown for
    this watch?

I would have the movement cleaned and oiled, but I would NOT touch that dial.
The patina of age adds character that a repainted dial does not have. My
    $.02.

I cannot be certain that the crown is original, but IWC used the "fish" crown
for water resistant models only. So it is possible that a crown without a fish
is the correct crown for your watch.
