My mother-in-law is cleaning up her watch collection and has no clue what model IWC watch she has. I was hoping that your combined knowledge could help us forward and tell us the model, year, value etc. Much appriciated..!
It seems to be a ladies watch, 18 carat gold. On the rear plate it says '2281270'. But that's just the very obvious by me as a 'noob'. Hope to hear from you soon.
