Can anyone help me by identifying this watch. Stainless steel back. Purchased
new in 1974. Serial number 2083276 which apparently means it was made in 1972
and has a 412H calibre. There is also number 1813 on its documentation. What
model is it? It it valuable? Any more info would be
    appreciated./media/ckeditor_images/e19ace42bacc1ac62bcb355899022137.jpg

    Hi Kalbin,

nice watch you have. It is for sure a calibre - Movement of type 8541
automatic. The 1813 mentioned on your papers should be the model reference.
But if you search for Ref 1813 on the web the case is not the same. If your
watch has a steel back, it most probably is a 14ct gold case with a steel
back. The crystal - plexi looks quite scratched, let it be replaced, shouldnt
    cost a fortune.

This is a common example of the famous IWC Automatics. Yes it is valuable.
