I could be completly wrong here, but the first problem is I doubt this is a genuine IWC.  No Mark XV to me has a movement that looks like yours.  I will wait for others to correct me, of course.  

Fake watch? I was actually concert about the looks because I never saw an IWC like mine but I doubt it. The front is Sapphire, is really heavy, the belt says IWC and it even glows in the dark (lol). If you put it close to your ear, you can hear the pieces moving.

I think somebody modified the watch to look like that.

Sorry to say but that is most definetly a fake. the movement and back of the case unfortunetly do not match anything I have seen from IWC. If you do not agree please feel free to visit a boutique. Not work spending that kind of money on a iwc band when its not a original iwc
