    Hello everybody.

I recently found my great grandfather's pocket watch and he is fully working.

Please help to identify this watch and its value. (I will not sell it)
Can I polish the watch body to make it look good?

Your watch appears to be a Caliber 57 dating to 1919, cased around 1921

I cannot see the movement number clearly, there to the left of the regulator.
    Please post a clearer pic.

Thank You for the additional information and this confirms it as Cal
    57....from 1919. H6 indicates 6mm height.

The number +55231is a patent registration.
