Help to identify my late Grandfathers wrist watch

I have recently had an IWC wrist watch after my late Grandfather serviced. Could someone in the Forum please assist with identifying the year of manufacture and approximate value based on the attached pictures?
I remember my Grandfather wearing the watch in the early 60s, but I am not sure when he purchased it.
