Help to indentify a Vintage watch 88kaliber

Hello Everyone, ive just bought an IWC vintage watch. Serialnumber: 1218875. i dont know the ref number.. its 33mm without crown.

the man i bought it from said it was 88kaliber. Other numbers ive spotted when i opend the boett was P57474910 15416 and 611122

Can somone help me indentify the watch, model? value? etc.

It is realy rediculous that every 2nd post needs a support needs

It's a Caliber 88 which was made sometime between 1946 and 1964.
If there is no reference stamped on the caseback, it might not have a specific model number and is known simply as Cal. 88

To answer your question about its value, well, it's value is what you paid for it.
