    Hi,

    I've found this cal. 88 with serial numbers dating it to ~1953. After some research, I have not seen a dial quite like it.

    I would say some of the hour markers seem a little misaligned compared with the minute markers. The sub-dial has a little snailing as well. Other than this I think the dial looks good, but I am far from an expert on vintage IWC.

    Any remarks/information on the dial authenticity and/or signs of repaint is much appreciated.

    Looks OK to me, on that time, IWC had multiple suppliers for the dials, sometimes made in very limited numbers, so it is possible to see one you never saw before.
