    Hello,

Having recently been handed down a fantastic 1969 1811 Yacht Club with blue dial I really would like to wear it daily. Currently I have it in a black croco band but would really like to get a Ref. 10 "Oyster" bracelet.

I emailed IWC and they are no longer able to supply the referenced bracelet.

I've been looking online but... there's not a lot to look for or they're absurdly expensive and even those I'm not really sure if are legit.

Would greatly appreciate any and all assistance the community could provide in acquiring said bracelet (with correct end links) for a reasonable price.

    Thanks in advance,

They seem to be going for anywhere between €600-900 depending on condition.
It might be a cheaper alternative to buy a watch with one already attached, and resell it with just a leather strap...

Another alternative is the beads of rice style ref 13 with IF or IG end links.
Personally, I think they suit the YC better, and they seem to come up for sale more frequently (it might even be easier to match the bracelet date with the 1969 production date...).

    Hi,

One additional advise: be careful to get the correct end-pieces that fit your Yacht Club. I have the Ref.10 bracelet on an 866 Ingenieur and that has specific end-pieces too. There is a number on the bottom of the end-piece to identify the right one. I think I posted a picture in the past of mine.

    Good luck.

    B.

Thank you for your answers. I actually bought another YC with the beads of rice bracelet and IG endlinks, but am planning to use that one with leather bracelet. I am still looking for a Ref. 10 bracelet with the correct end links (20 or 21?), so could you possibly give me some pointers where to look for one, aside from the obvious (ebay, chrono24, etc).

    Thank you very much,

Just wanted to thank everyone that weighed in with their knowledge and especially thank Telecaster for his help with this matter and which, in the end, allowed me to acquire a very nice Ref. 10 in, I would say, almost unworn condition.

Watch and bracelet have been sent to Schaffhausen and I have already received a surprisingly unoffensive estimate (not cheap, but not crazy expensive considering the personal value of the watch).

I hope that by mid June will be able to post the after pics.

Again, Telecaster was instrumental in achieving this outcome and I cannot thank him enough.

Taking the advice found in this thread, I just received a blue dial 811 Yacht Club that I bought for the #10 bracelet. It was listed as fitting a 7.5" wrist, which it does, if I don't mind not having any circulation. I need a link for it and am wondering what's the best way to word my search?
On eBay, I get every IWC watch showing up when I search by number.

    Hi EFAUSER,

Think 'ref 10' might work better than # 10. You may also try 'oyster' since that's the established nick name for this model.
