Help with identification of a ladies' gold watch please

I have a ladies' wrist watch and no idea of who made it.
I've spent some time trawling the internet and am wondering if it is possibly an IWC ?
The movement is marked "Peerless" and "Swiss Made" and the number "705702".
The inner cover is marked "18" and ".75" and maker's mark "CN" and number 751700.
The outer cover is marked "18" and ".75" and the London Assay Office import mark for gold and date letter for 1919 and maker's mark "CN" and the number 751700.
I have a few photos. and will attempt to upload them here.
The bracelet is, I think, not original to the watch since it is 9 carat rose gold whereas the watch is 18 carat yellow gold.

Yes this is an IWC.
It is a ladies Hunter watch used as a pocket watch but also with lugs as a wrist watch.
The movement number dates from 1918 and it is an IWC caliber 76.
This was the smaller edition of IWC cal. 80.
The reason that you will not find the IWC logo on the dial , nor a visible IWC stamp on the movement is that the movement was shipped to Jules Stauffer in London who imported many movements of Swiss brands, among them IWC.
Stauffer made the case. The case matches the movement nr. and is therefore original in my view. Often the movement is signed "peerless and a Ram (bock) may be present as well. The pictures are too dark to see it. If you dismantle the movement( please don't) you will find an IWC stamp as well.
The chain was during that era never from IWC. IWC marked chains were only delivered around 1980.
This watch is depicted in the IWC literature : book of Reinard Meis.
In summary, rare and original.

I was told a long time ago that this is an IWC watch, but I've never been too sure.
I'm very pleased to know even more about it now.

P.S. And no, I don't think there is a ram (bock) present anywhere on the watch; and again, no I won't be dismantling the movement.....
