Help with Identification Please

Hello to all forum members. This is my first post so please bear with me as I explain my request. Have been collecting Omegas and old Russian watches for the last 5 years now and would describe my general knowledge of watches as slightly above average.
Was given a watch today that has been a real delight to get to know, also alittle frustrating as I cant quite pin her history down.Heres what I know.
1948 - 1949 IWC S/S wristwatch,C89: Movement No 117 4448
Caseback No: 1180326(stamped Acier Inox). Dauphine Hr/Min gold hands. So my issues - cant find image of a S/S dial with numbers 2.4.6.8,10,12 separated by triangle shaped markers, plenty of gold ones though. Am I going wrong somewhere? and is the watch worth getting some work done , needs new glass and a clean, keeping perfect time so far, lovely gold patina, all help much appriciated. And lastly could someone explain the easiest way to post a pic on this forum, thanks in advance
