Don't think IWC makes them. You may want to email them directly through the Retail & Service tab above, and fill in the Customer Query box. They are quite prompt based on my own experience.

Yes, you need an 20/18 strap for this watch. There are after-market straps in 20/18 available. If you are interested, just send me an email and i send you the information.
