Really have no idea how this could happen to me
I spent my new year party by watching a singing show only

Its still under local AD warranty, hope i can get screw replacement for it

First of all, welcome to this great forum and happy new year to you too!

Why this happened to you, I can't answer. But I think it will not be a major problem as the watch is under local AD warranty it should get fixed easily.

Congrats to your first and very nice IWC, you can be proud of it (and of your wife too ;-))

    Cheers Chris

Beautiful watch, congratulations and welcome here!

I don't know hour could this happen. We all feel that this shouldn't happen at all... Sometimes I tell myself, as a poor apology, that could be the price for human errors :o( I hope you'll get it back soon. Keep us posted, please.

First off, Happy New Year. I had the same issue several years ago with my Portuguese Cal 5000 Automatic. Bridge screw came out and was flopping around inside the case - I took it to my local authorized dealer with the intention that it would be out for service for a month or more - but he called me only an hour later to say "your watch is fixed - come get it". Their in-house watchmaker was able to fix it easily - and was never a problem again.

Not to say you should expect the same experience - but I wish you luck. It's not a big deal.

Hai Chris, Mariana and Ardoise, thanks for your warm welcome

Yeah i didnt know how, when i tried to find a good looking watch from many brand, i fall in love with IWC. Hope this accident wont let me "divorce" from IWC :D

yesterday i sent it to local AD, he never experiences something like this before.
I keep wondering if there is any issue with Titanium and Ceramic, but im sure there will be no problem if the screw stays there tighly

About Ardoise's Port, yeah it good if the screw still there, mine was lost and its a pretty big screw.
Ingy should be robust enough for any land activity ( unless i drop it :D )
As it still under warranty i have no problem, but if not, i believe i have another cost for that screw.
I will post if i get news from my AD.

Sorry for my bad english XD
