How do I find out the year and month of manufacture of my watch?

Hello. How do I find out the year and month of manufacture of my watch? The
warranty card shows the year and month of purchase. I need to find out the
actual year and month of watch production. We are talking about the 2017 watch
model (BIG PILOT'S WATCH ANNUAL CALENDAR EDITION «ANTOINE DE SAINT EXUPÉRY»).

Unfortunately I don't believe that production date information is readily
available.
