    Hey friends,

Newbie here and proud new owner of a IWC Portugieser Automatic, and I've been
tracking it's accuracy the last few days.

It seems to be that the watch consistently runs about 6 to 8 seconds fast a
day. I have read elsewhere that IWCs tend to run around +6 a day.

How accurate is your Portugieser Automatic?

    Thanks in Advance,

    Chris

Hi Chris, ones it 'runs in' it might slow down a bit, but in my experience IWC
Portuguesers are always a bit fast like yours....

    Regards,

    Bob

Depends on the position and amount of power reserve. My 7 Days, while worn on
the wrist is extremely reliable and accurate.

Once it is left alone in the box, face up with PR less than 4 days, it begins
to gain a little. But this does not bother me at all.
