Hi, apologies my first post is probably a silly question.
I own a 2007 3719 Aquatimer and am trying to source a replacement set of bracelet tools.
I have e-mailed Richemont three times since last December. Twice by the adress in my service book, and once by the email on their Australian website. I Figured after two months they weren't going to respond so I used the contact adress here on the main site to e-mail IWC asking how I can replace the tools. No reply there either. In each contact I have included my serial number.
By contrast, both IWC and Richemont in Singapore responded within five minutes of contacting via email last year when I was due for for a pressure test.
As there's no possible way the using the web forms here or at Richemont the mails could go to spam - I figure it must be the wrong way to go about it.
Can anybody help with with the correct procedure to contact IWC/Richemont in Australia so I can replace these tools please?
By the way, it was the IWC boutique at Ion Singapore that advised I must contact Richemont Australia to source the new tools.
Thank-you and best regards,
Dan.
