Hi,
Sorry but without seeing the front it looks fake to me:
- serial number should be in the 'millions', not 800k, the font is also wrong
- casebook looks awkward (different metal?), the 'lid' you can remove seems a bit too much recessed but that might be the angle/light
Still feel free to send pictures of the front.
B.

Dear Mr. Muhammad Farhan Kt,
This is an older version of the Big Pilot, but it is difficult to tell more from just this photograph.
Here is the information on the newest model: http://www.iwc.com/en/collection/pilots/IW500912/
Alternatively, you can visit a boutique or an authorized retailer and they would be more than happy to assist you: http://www.iwc.com/en/retail/

In the case of its Big Pilot’s Watch, the company has taken a step back to the roots of the original. The triangular index is once again positioned below the chapter ring, while the numerals appear slightly bolder and the five-minute indices a little slimmer. Overall, the dial now appears more harmo...

Hello it is the facebook chat
And dear sir I don't more about it as it is got me as a Gift from my uncle.
It looks awfully mistreated to me, and is that corrosion I see at the bottom right? I wouldn't touch it. If you got the watch as a gift, why can't you show some more pictures of it, like of the front?
Kind regards,
Paul
Like Sunflower I also note the corrosion at the lugs. Platinum will never corrode. The case material rather looks as steel.
I recommend you weigh the watch. The density of platinum is around 21 g/cm3, whereas the density of steel - depending on its composition - is only 7 to 8 g/cm3. I weighed my Platinum Portuguese Perpetual Calender watch and its weight is around 190 g. If you weigh your Big Pilot watch (which is considering the dimensions bigger than the PPC) and you find a weight far below the 190 g then I think you have a proof that your watch can never be a Platinum watch.
Regards
Urs
Hello thanks for your's suggestion.
It is a old gift and now my watch is with my friend. I will get it back by two days and then I will post the it's front photos.
I have only taken the back photo while chatting with IWC in facebook.
Thanks for your reply.
It looks like a fake IW500202 - you can run a search on that reference. Does it look like your watch? Does your uncle typically give out gifts like that? If it were a real 5002-02 you most likely would have know it quite some time ago.
