I recently purchased this vintage IWC watch from an AD. It’s a Cal. 89 and seems to be in good condition. The hands and dial seem to be original. My research leads me to believe this is a late 1940s non-military pilot-style watch, but I’m struggling to identify the specific model and I can’t find anything similar that has centre seconds and the railroad second!
