Identify a watch?

Hi All -
You were very kind when I posted some pics of my Aquatimer a while back, and I got some excellent advice.

Now, my father-in-law has just bought this and I'd love to know if anyone can identify it.

It resembles IWC Da Vinci 3737 but this one just doesn't look right to me.
