Thanks to our resident Forum PW expert, you can guess who, I am now a proud owner of two IWC Pocket Watches....a Lépine and a Sovonnette. I am thrilled to begin a new collection of the beautiful IWC's that are often forgotten and under appreciated.

The first to arrive was the Lépine from 1919. It a c. 65 with an 18k gold case. It is in remarkable condition for a nearly 100 year old PW.

The c. 65 movement. The five bridges are magnificent and in such excellent condition.

The second addition to the collection was delivered at the recent BBAMSGTG in Amsterdam. Like its sister IWC, it is beautiful addition to the small collection. It dates to 1917. It's a c 53 with a 14k gold hunter case.

    The hunter front case:

    The backside, oh my:

Absolutely stunning timepieces Bill. That 2nd Calibre might be a humble C.53, but it sure looks to be in good condition and the dial, case and case finishing just shine!

I have found my late grandpas watch that apears similar to your first watch acording to DateYourIWC(online version ,cant find the windows version) its from 1912(casein 14K gold from 1915) it isnt in a good condition and apears to stop ticking from time to time if i turn it upside down( does start working sometime if i lightly tap it). I am wondering what is it worth these days and if anyone know can it be repaird to working condition?
