There are so many different models that it depends on the destination, I
    guess...

    The Choice for Portofino is
    ovious...

A Big One for the Big Apple:

    And something sandy for the
    Beach!

Great topic Tonny, Well the choice of watch depends on the
    destination..........

Something rugged for the Grand Canyon

Something Tough for the Senoran Desert of Arizona

We travel as an IWC family

I have taught my daughter well - my work is done

In my opinion the trip and what the activities are usually dictate the watch.

If it's a one watch only kind of trip the 3236 Mission Earth (a 3227 also
works for those with smaller wrists) is likely the most versatile watch you
could bring. Rugged enough to take in the back country or Jungle Cruise, water
resistant for the pool/open water, and it can be dressed up for a nice dinner
    out.

Hard to decide for me! Either my Inge ME, the AT or the Doppelchrono.

To be honest, I like to take any of my IWC watches with me when I travel. And
in fact, I always have several with me.

But in the summer, it has to be an Aquatimer or an Ocean.

    Cheers,

    Sascha
