Often only bad experiences with service are given a voice, however I would
like to share a very positive one. I sent my Mark XII to IWC's Fort Worth, TX
service center on 2/20 and by the 25th we had agreed on the service options:
- Complete service
- Laser tereatment of the case (ther was a major dent in the bezel)
- Replacement of the crown
I received the watch yesterday - barely over two weeks from the time I
comitted to the work to be performed. The work was impeccabile. Try that with
another maker.
