My Spitfire has a beautiful polished line on the edge of lug. But, there is a
difference in the thickness of the four lines.

MasterHello and welcome to the forum. I undestand your question - and I have an
answer. The fantastic reason that these polished bevelled edges on IWC's
pilots watches are not all exactly the same? Because the cases are hand
polished, not
done by robot or machine, so no two polishing jobs will look exectly the same.
This is most noticeabe on those polished bevelled edges on the lugs. Good
eye;) -
